This is the best money I have spent in a long long time! A+++++
My fiddlers, Corys, frogs, and a red claw all use the habitat. (Of course ours has the stream in it). I can’t wait to get the next one coming out! I absolutely loved the Customer services.

The Underwater Island is great. My Devil Crab likes it. Now he doesn't always have to climb to the top of the tank to get air.

I am in the process of setting up a fish tank and was interested in having crabs in the tank.
The person at the pet store discouraged crabs in fish tanks saying that they needed dry land and would escape.
Upon searching, I happened along your website and included your underwater habitat in the design.
Originally, I had planned to place the habitat in the corner and planned to hide it with plants and decor but it looks way to nice for that and is now moved to a more prominent spot for better visibility.
The ability to feed the crabs in the habitat with the optional feeder tube is fabulous.

We have four crabs in our 75 gallon aquarium and they love their under water island. This was a great purchase and we're really happy we found it!

If your having trouble with weighing your island down, try using sand, with fiddler crabs especially. Gravel is less dense and bacteria can spread like wildfire in the gaps between the pebbles, which can lead to frequent cleaning. Product wise this is a must for semi-terrestial crabs if set up correctly. I personally use aquarium sand, and live moss. for natural decomposition of wastes and food.

GREAT STAFF. GREAT COMMUNICATION. GREAT HELP. I'm in the UK and just so happy with it, all the way from the USA. I read a review from someone who said it was difficult to weight it down. What was he using? Popcorn!!! Buy it. You will NOT be disappointed.

My gf bought me a fiddler crab and expressed that he would need air. We researched online and found this. Its pretty neat but it needs LOTS of weight to keep it down. Made a trip to walmart to buy two more bags of 5lb gravel to add to the already 15lbs in the tank. It did not keep the island down. We finally decided to use the inserts from our ankle weights to keep it down. It did the trick but i'm wondering what could be used in place because I don't like the idea of the weights inside the island.
Once you set it up and attach the air tubing to the air pump the water is pushed out of the island but the island itself begins to lift up and float. So be sure to add lots of weight.
Overall genius product! Really love it and would highly recommend...

so happy that all of my aquatic animals find a good use for this we have dwarf frogs newts and crabs they all use this even if its just for the frogs to be able to grab some air quick. also our snails laid eggs in it just above the water line which was a wonderful surprise
